At PressPage, we’re all about making the work for Public Relations and Corporate Communications teams effective and efficient. That’s why we have developed a software platform that helps global brands like Emirates, Mercedes-Benz, Achmea, Goodyear, Booking, and many more, better manage their corporate communication workflows and share their (brand) stories with the world. As a fast growing company we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager for our German, English and Dutch customers. Your role is essential in making our clients successful with the PressPage platform.


We have an open mindset and challenge ourselves to constantly change for the better. We are in the transition from startup to scale-up and together we are putting more structure and processes in place to get to the next level. We're currently at around 25 employees split between Amsterdam and Chicago, and growing.

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Success Manager you are vital to the success of our customers with the PressPage platform. You will be their first point of contact once the contracts are signed, and you will guide them through the whole implementation and onboarding of the platform. Once everything is set, and the customer is live, you will stay in contact with them and help them to fully utilize the platform's capabilities. You will:  

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction;
  • Provide user training;
  • Manage support requests from clients;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the PressPage tools to provide strategic advice to our customers regarding their (online) Corporate Communication goals.
  • Help create- and iterate processes to bring PressPage to the next level.

Job requirements

  • You are fluent in English (German or Dutch language skills are a big plus); 
  • You have at least 3 years working experience in Account Management, Project Management, and/or Client relations; 
  • You understand the dynamics of a software start/scale-up, and thrive in such environments;
  • You are proactive and self starter;
  • You have a growth mindset when it comes to making our clients successful.
