That’s why we have developed a software platform that helps global brands like Emirates, Mercedes-Benz, Achmea, Goodyear, Booking, and many more, better manage their corporate communication workflows and share their (brand) stories with the world. As a fast growing company we are looking for a Implementation Services Lead. Your role is essential in making our clients successful with the PressPage platform.

We are in the transition from startup to scale-up and together we are putting more structure and processes in place to get to the next level. We're currently at around 25 employees split between Amsterdam and Chicago, and growing.

What will you be doing?
As a Implementation Services Lead you are vital to the success of our customers with the PressPage platform. You are responsible for managing the implementations connecting our enterprise customers to the PressPage platform. Being the customer’s primary point of contact in this process, you will work together with different teams like Sales, Product Development, Customer Success and other services departments. You plan and manage the entire delivery cycle, from the first point of contact, to the go live. You will be responsible for a positive customer experience during the implementation process. You bring knowledge and a perspective at how to scale our implementation services for the projected growth in customers and how to make it a commercially viable business model.You will:  

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction;
  • Project manage the implementation of our software with new- and existing customers;
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements;
  • Manage support requests from clients;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the PressPage tools to provide strategic advice to our customers regarding their (online) Corporate Communication goals.
  • Help create- and iterate processes to bring PressPage to the next level.

Job requirements

  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have at least 3 years or relevant working experience;
  • You understand the dynamics of a software start/scale-up, and thrive in such environments;
  • You have experience with scaling implementation services; 
  • You are proactive and self starter;
  • You have a growth mindset when it comes to making our clients successful.
