At PressPage, we’re all about making work for Public Relations and Corporate Communications teams effective and efficient. That’s why we have developed a software platform that helps global brands like Emirates, Mercedes-Benz, Achmea, Goodyear, Booking, and many more, better manage their corporate communication workflows and share their (brand) stories with the world and now we're looking for an Implementation Specialist to strengthen our Implementation Team.

What will you be doing?

As an Implementation Specialist, you are vital to the success of our customers with the PressPage platform. Together with your colleagues from the Implementation Team, you have ownership of the implementation project which connects our enterprise customers to the PressPage platform.

As you will be the customer’s primary point of contact in this process, you will work together with different teams like Sales, Product Development, Customer Success, and other services departments. You plan and manage the entire delivery cycle, from the first point of contact till the go-live time. You will be responsible for a positive customer experience during the implementation process. You will:

  • Manage the implementation of our software with new- and existing customers end- to- end;

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements;

  • Liaise with the development team if clients’ operational requirements are realistically achievable;

  • Create an implementation plan which identifies milestones and timelines and ensures, together with relevant stakeholders, the milestones are met within the agreed time;

  • Lead weekly status calls with customers, discussing project status, monitor the milestones and the progress of implementation;

  • Ability to speak knowledgeably on all technical integration options available within implementation;

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the PressPage tools to provide strategic advice to our customers regarding their (online) Corporate Communication goals;

  • Help co-create and iterate processes to bring the Implementation Team to the next level.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree;

  • You are confident in your project management skills and abilities;

  • You understand the dynamics of a software start/scale-up, and thrive in such environments;

  • Self-starter, proactive, and a problem solver;

  • You have a growth mindset when it comes to making our clients successful;

  • Excellent business English both verbally and written.
