At PressPage, we’re all about making the work for Public Relations and Corporate Communications teams effective and efficient. That’s why we have developed a software platform that helps global brands like Emirates, Mercedes-Benz, Achmea, Goodyear, Booking, and many more, better manage their corporate communication workflows and share their (brand) stories with the world. As a fast growing company we are looking for a new Support Engineer that services our customer base. Your role is essential in making our clients successful with the PressPage platform.


We have an open mindset and challenge ourselves to constantly change for the better. We are in the transition from startup to scale-up and together we are putting more structure and processes in place to get to the next level. We're currently at around 25 employees split between Amsterdam and Chicago, and growing.

What will you be doing?

With you, the customer always comes first. As a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers if they have questions about the platform. Next to that, you will also be partially involved in the technical onboarding of customers. Therefore you are someone who is helpful, polite, structured, and customer-oriented. You will: 

  • Support our customers (and colleagues!) with all kinds of questions and troubleshoot any issues reported

  • Reproduce reported bugs and escalate them if necessary

  • Help maintain our Knowledge Base as well as internal documentation

  • Provide customer feedback to our Product team

Job requirements

  • Have professional proficiency in both Dutch and English

  • You are a good listener, and able to communicate clearly

  • You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people

  • A solid understanding of various web hosting technologies

  • Have an analytical mind: you can determine the underlying problem

  • At least 2 years of experience working in IT Customer Support
