That’s why we have developed a software platform that helps global brands like Emirates, Mercedes-Benz, Achmea, Goodyear, Booking, and many more, better manage their corporate communication workflows and share their (brand) stories with the world. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help realize our growth ambitions.

What will you be doing?

You will have a huge impact on the growth of our company through innovative hiring strategies that meet our business needs and exceed our candidate’s expectations. You love working in a diverse, fast-paced, and international environment. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be leading the entire recruitment process and help to strategically build a wide variety of teams. While focusing on the expansion to multiple countries in the upcoming years. 


You will:

  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner on international expansion and hiring strategies;

  • Employer branding; continually taking care of a candidate journey that exceeds expectations;

  • Managing the end-to-end hiring process of all positions across PressPage;

  • Creating and executing a recruitment and sourcing strategy, creating a truly diverse workplace;

  • Building a future-proof talent pool for relevant roles;

  • Providing guidance to support the implementation of standardized recruitment processes;

  • Training and supporting the business to effectively hire new members;

  • Finding the best ways of attracting candidates with different seniority levels

Job requirements

  • You have proven experience of at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment;

  • You have a passion for great candidate experience and professional recruitment process;

  • You're hands-on, but know how to collaborate and reprioritize, constantly looking for how things can be done more simply or automated;

  • You're excited to try new approaches and do things differently, and aren't afraid to "build as you go";

  • You communicate with influence, in professional business English.
